Proudly serving Huntington Valley, PA

I had a terrific experience with Carps. James is super nice and accommodating. He did a great job with the clean up of outside of my home as well as my windows which I can now see through. TY.

Fantastic experience! James was punctual, hard working, meticulous and my windows have never been so clean. I would highly recommend.

James and his team has performed quality work restoring the surface of my 2000 sq. ft. pavers patio like it was installed yesterday. I am very happy I chose to not only have the patio pressure washed and sand grouting, but also sealing the surface has given it a renewed rich look. His price was competitive and he was true to the original schedule we agreed on.

I called on Saturday afternoon and wasn’t expecting an answer until Monday, they answered right away and came out Sunday morning for the estimate. They had me scheduled quick and went above and beyond. Highly recommend

Pleasant young man focused on cleaning every surface..great job..lots of compliments from neighbors

We were so happy with the work James did to refresh our paver patio. James cleaned, re-grouted with polymer sand and sealed our patio. It turned out amazing! He showed up when he said he would and got the job done on time. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Carps Pressure Cleaning! Carps provided great care and attention to detail when servicing our house from the consult and estimate through follow up to ensure satisfaction with their work. Their expertise shone through during the consultation as they described what would be soft washed and what would receive higher pressure washing as well as the safety of their wash treatment for humans, pets, and plants. Carps clearly communicated the estimate and time of arrival. On the day of service, they carefully moved items from porch and deck to be able to properly clean these areas and then returned items to their locations. Our house and windows are sparkling and all the daily grime and algae that accumulated over the past few years is removed revealing the lovely blue siding and white trim as well as deck and porch surfaces that look new. At the end of the service, they talked through what they did — including the cleaning of our gutters and gutter guards to make them more efficient — and asked if we had any questions or concerns. We are really pleased with Carps Pressure Cleaning and will be using them again!

very professional and easy to work with! Was a pleasure.

I highly recommend Carps Pressure Cleaning! Throughout the entire process, James was professional, extremely respectful, punctual, and such a pleasure to work with. He and his team did excellent work. Our siding and concrete pads had not been cleaned in years - they look brand new! I would not hesitate to recommend Carps for your exterior cleaning projects!

The service was excellent. Very professional and easy to deal with. Checked and cleaned gutters, cleaned siding and deck. Charged only for services needed. Very fair and reasonable pricing. I’m extremely satisfied. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

Awesome work Really worked hard to get the house clean On time and reliable

James was recommended by many members of our township neighbor page on social media. My power washer from the local big box store is not reliable and the cost savings of using Carps Pressure Cleaning to power wash our deck and soft wash our fencing made this decision a no brainer. They saved me hours of work and the results were phenomenal. Glad to have a local company that were efficient, easy to work with, and reasonably priced.

I would highly recommend Carp Pressure washing. I found them on Facebook on the Lansdale Community page . James was prompt responded to my message and scheduled an appointment a few days later. Jake’s took the time to explain his services and had a quoted texted to me before he left. I asked James for verification that he had insurance and within an hour sent me that information. After accepting his quote we scheduled the work a week after meeting. James arrived earlier than scheduled because of a late cancellation after texting me to ask if they could arrive 2 hours earlier than what we scheduled. They did a great and cleaned up all debris nicely. Once completed James walked me around the house and reviewed their work. I have used a few gutter cleaning companies over the past few years and after 2-3 months I would see water pouring over my gutters. James made sure the downspouts were thoroughly cleared. He said they were packed and clogged. I am hopeful the cleaning and pressure washing of my house with the proper chemicals he used will keep my house clean for a few years and that o do not have to pressure wash it every year like I have the past several year. James is from our area and I will always support a locally owned business over any franchise or national companies.

Carp’s did a fantastic job on our pool deck and darker colored house. I appreciate the honest and considerate approach to pricing. Super nice team. Thank you!

Worked with my crazy schedule to come out and wash the exterior of the house. Everything came out sparkling! We have yellow siding and have never seen it shine so bring. 10/10 would recommend!

James and Jacob were extremely professional and friendly. They made a point to walk with me around the property at the start and end of the job so no detail was omitted. I would recommend them tp friends and neighbors without any hesitation.
