I highly recommend Carps Pressure Cleaning! Carps provided great care and attention to detail when servicing our house from the consult and estimate through follow up to ensure satisfaction with their work. Their expertise shone through during the consultation as they described what would be soft washed and what would receive higher pressure washing as well as the safety of their wash treatment for humans, pets, and plants. Carps clearly communicated the estimate and time of arrival. On the day of service, they carefully moved items from porch and deck to be able to properly clean these areas and then returned items to their locations. Our house and windows are sparkling and all the daily grime and algae that accumulated over the past few years is removed revealing the lovely blue siding and white trim as well as deck and porch surfaces that look new. At the end of the service, they talked through what they did — including the cleaning of our gutters and gutter guards to make them more efficient — and asked if we had any questions or concerns. We are really pleased with Carps Pressure Cleaning and will be using them again!

James was recommended by many members of our township neighbor page on social media. My power washer from the local big box store is not reliable and the cost savings of using Carps Pressure Cleaning to power wash our deck and soft wash our fencing made this decision a no brainer. They saved me hours of work and the results were phenomenal. Glad to have a local company that were efficient, easy to work with, and reasonably priced.

I would highly recommend Carp Pressure washing. I found them on Facebook on the Lansdale Community page . James was prompt responded to my message and scheduled an appointment a few days later. Jake’s took the time to explain his services and had a quoted texted to me before he left. I asked James for verification that he had insurance and within an hour sent me that information. After accepting his quote we scheduled the work a week after meeting. James arrived earlier than scheduled because of a late cancellation after texting me to ask if they could arrive 2 hours earlier than what we scheduled. They did a great and cleaned up all debris nicely. Once completed James walked me around the house and reviewed their work. I have used a few gutter cleaning companies over the past few years and after 2-3 months I would see water pouring over my gutters. James made sure the downspouts were thoroughly cleared. He said they were packed and clogged. I am hopeful the cleaning and pressure washing of my house with the proper chemicals he used will keep my house clean for a few years and that o do not have to pressure wash it every year like I have the past several year. James is from our area and I will always support a locally owned business over any franchise or national companies.
